an examination of the political anti-values from the view point of nahj al-balagheh

islam is a value maker religion; it has fought against the values that are abnormal and incongruent with human dignity, and has established a system based on divine and humane values. imam ali (peace be upon him) is considered the best exegete of islam and quran whose soul is united with quranic knowledge and whose life is associated with it. in the light of the foregoing points and with an emphasis on the point that shiite knowledge is the clearest, the firmest, and the most objective knowledge regarding different dimensions of religion and life and that nahj al-balagheh is the paramount document that can report on shiite thinking, the present study has discussed the anti-values in the political domain through the viewpoint of nahj al-balagheh. this article examines politics through his holiness’ viewpoint. then, it inspects the two political anti-values of injustice and hypocrisy that have been discussed more in nahj al-balagheh. however, it is not claimed that all political anti-values are mentioned in nahj al-balagheh; but rather, the most important ideas regarding the foregoing issues which are found in imam ali’s (peace be upon him)  words are presented under the main titles and then, his other points are presented in the discussion as subcategories.
